We took my parents for a dinner out. We thought the food was good, but not outstanding. We have eaten Italian food everywhere! Our suggestions would be to include nice olive oil to dip the bread in and I would also comment that the portions were more like "lunch portions".... and the entrees did not come with any salad nor side of pasta which many places do include. A little pricey for the amount of food in our opinion. I am not accustomed to leaving an Italian restaurant not feeling full.

The place looked nice and was clean. the food was delicious. Our server was also very nice, but the food was very expensive for what it was. We had a stuffed mushroom appetizer and it was 12 dollars for 4 mushrooms. They also do not serve any dipping oil or marinara with the bread. Its 4 dollars to order dipping olive oil.

If we go based off of food it is 5 stars. But this is one of my favorite places here in Tyler and I think they would do better with some extra staff, waters are always empty by the time food comes bayou get visited by the waiter three times the whole meal, for drinks, orders, then to bring out your food and that’s it. Likeee today I’ve been waiting on a lemon for 30 min because my server has four 6tops. As someone who was a manager of a restaurant at one point it’s hard for me not to notice how it’s been like this for months. Even my favorite place deserves a critique. I’ll always come back for the food but the service lets me down each time.

The Chicken dish my daughter got had very tough chicken that was stringy. I got the EggplantParmesian Appetizer. It was DeLish. Atmosphere was elegant and the music was a perfect accompaniment with the food. Bread was very tasty and fresh. It's a little pricey, but was nice overall, we just will skip the chicken next time. We didnt have dessert, but they looked amazing!

As I was driving back from Houston yesterday evening, I started to get a craving for some good Italian food. That’s when I remembered multiple people recommending Bella Italian Cafe Restaurant in Tyler, although I would consider it Flint🤷🏼‍♂️. I also recall many people talking about one dish in particular. The Lobster Ravioli😍 I arrived and was greeted instantly by a sweet young lady. She took me over to my table and within minutes, another waitress arrived to get my drink order. She was also very kind. I decided to look over the menu, although I already knew what I wanted. I’m glad I did because I saw an appetizer that I absolutely had to have. It was the Shrimp Cognac (5 jumbo shrimp sauteed in a cognac cream sauce). This ended up being my favorite dish. Shortly after placing my order, the waitress brought out some warm bread. I believe it had some garlic butter on top. It was delicious. Before I could finish the bread, my appetizer arrived. The shrimp themselves were perfectly cooked. The sauce, although a bit on the salty side, was full of flavor!!! I used my remaining bread to clean the plate lol. By this time, I was damn near full, but I’m not a quitter. The Lobster Rav
